The Exchange runs on independent contractors who take a real share of what they produce — no hourly wages, and no ceiling from us. Three ways to work with us:
Seller
Pitch shelf websites to the local businesses they were built for, using our official kit. Pay: a third (33%) of every sale you close.
Builder
Take finished shelf websites live: connect the domain, set up the Google profile, swap in the owner's own payment link, final polish. Pay: $150 for every website you launch — and on custom builds, half the build price (half of what remains after a seller's share, when a seller closed the deal).
Keeper
Look after live clients: small updates, uptime, add-ons, and being the first friendly voice when an owner needs something. Pay: a third (33.3%) of the monthly fee of every company you keep — a company paying $99/month pays you $33/month, every month it stays.
Selling for the Exchange — the full picture
Sellers pitch the websites on our shelf to the local businesses they were built for, working only from the official sales kit. You never handle money: the business always pays the Exchange directly, and every go-live is approved by the Exchange before anything launches.
Track A — Commission. You negotiate the website price directly with the owner (Exchange floor: $600; no ceiling) and earn 33% of the agreed price when the sale completes — on a monthly plan, 33% of each build payment as it arrives. The $50/month running plan is fixed and never negotiable.
Track B — Wholesale. With Wholesale Access, buy a site at 33% of its listed value ($247.50 on a standard $750 site), resell at the listed price, and keep the spread. Access comes one of two ways: a $500 one-time buy-in, credited back in full on your first completed sale — or earn it in, by making your first sale entirely for the Exchange with no commission.
Ground rules: never promise a launch date or say a site is live before it is; payouts are monthly, after payments clear; sellers are independent contractors (W-9 on file, 1099-NEC at $600+). Every seller account is approved by the Exchange — there is no anonymous sign-up.

Every working relationship starts with the Exchange's approval — there is no anonymous sign-up. Sellers activate as accounts; Builder and Keeper applications land in our review queue. Already with us?
Refer a Friend
Know someone who'd sell well — or a business owner who needs their website? Send them your link. They're tied to you when they sign up, and when a referred seller makes their first sale (or a referred business buys its site), you earn a $25 referral credit (working number), paid with your monthly payout.
Share it anywhere — text, email, face to face. One link works for seller sign-ups and customer purchases alike.

Wholesale Access
Two ways in. Pay the one-time $500 buy-in to unlock Track B wholesale pricing — credited back in full on your first completed sale to a business you don't own. Or earn it in: your first completed sale is made at 100% of the site's value with no commission — the whole sale goes to the Exchange — and Wholesale Access unlocks when it completes.
My reservations
Reserve sites from the Shelf — each reservation lasts 7 days, one renewal if you log a pitch, max 3 active. While you hold a site, its public checkout is paused; the owner can still win it by coming direct (you'd get a finder credit if your pitch reached them).
